EIFS — Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems
The smarter facade for a hot climate. As a certified EIFS applicator, we wrap buildings in a continuous layer of external insulation sealed beneath a reinforced, weather-resistant decorative render — insulating, protecting, and transforming a facade in a single system. By moving insulation to the outside of the structure and eliminating thermal bridging, EIFS keeps buildings cooler, is designed to reduce air-conditioning demand, and helps projects work towards Dubai's Al Sa'fat and Abu Dhabi's Estidama green-building requirements.
